Technical Manager - Latex Industry

Position : Manager, Technical
Salary: RM 8000 - RM 10000

Responsibilities: 

• To provide strategic technical guidance to proactively improve performance, system reliability, security and cost-effectiveness using industry best practices. 
• Lead the manufacturing process improvement projects, process validation, be technical reference point in the factory for technical trouble shooting and process optimization. 
• In charge of evaluating the work processed and implementing technology solutions to meet the businesss current and future needs. 
• Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones. 
• Initiate and direct external testing and scientific collaborations.
• Contribute to product design and establishment of requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelors degree in chemistry science, polymer science, or chemical engineering or related field; knowledge of Silicone Chemistry is a plus
• Minimum 8 years of related working experience, including 3 years of technical supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong knowledge in latex dipping process.
• Strong technical leadership and project management skills proven by successful completion of multiple R&D programs.
