Salary Range : RM 3000 - RM 3200

Responsibility

• Provide support to clients via live chat, email and phone
• Provide excellent services and perform clientele analysis to support and maintain excellent relationship with clients
• Promote product and service to clients
• Work together with other departments as required

Requirement

• Fresh Graduate Degree holder Or above in any filed
• Those with customer service experience are preferred
• Native in Bahasa Malaysia and good English command
• Able to work in shift hours
