Salary RM 5,000 - RM10,000 depending on qualification

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for organizing, supervising and expanding distributor channels, maintaining existing customer relationships and expanding sales, and achieving sales targets in specific regions of the company.
  2. Understand the market situation, be responsible for the analysis and research of competitive products in the industry and the analysis of competitors.
  3. Manage and maintain customer relationships and long-term strategic cooperation plans between customers, and make sales forecasts and long-term cooperation plans.
  4. Responsible for the planning and execution of sales activities in the sales area, complete sales tasks, and ensure the smooth delivery of products and services.
  5. Regularly complete analysis reports, be able to accurately analyze market trends and competing company plans, and formulate coping strategies.


  1. 3+ years of experience in modern trade/key account/regional sales manager/branch manager in FMCG industry (personal care/skin care/beauty products are preferred);
  2. Able to formulate channel sales strategies and maintain existing relationships with local stores/modern stores, especially Watson, Guardian, etc.;
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, result-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation, able to work under pressure and achieve monthly sales targets;
  4. Fluent in Chinese, English, listening, speaking, reading and writing
