About the job Temp Sales Coordinator cum Admin 6 months (non-convertible)| Basic up to RM3500

Working hours: 830am to 6pm

Work Location:  Ara Damansara, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

Contract : 6 months

Role Responsibilities:

  • Process all customer sales orders, including the issuance of sales quotations, purchase order and other sales documentation
  • Liaise with customers and logistics service providers on shipment delivery matters.
  • Proactively contact customers to inform about delivery matters and liaise with sales and service providers as required.
  • Ensure closure of business transaction by coordinating issuance of delivery notes, sales invoices and other documentation as required.
  • Provide stock forecast to management.
  • Update and maintain proper filing system.
  • Handle incoming phone calls.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mails.
  • Manage simple accounting (e.g. cost tracking, reconciliation, Accounts Receivable follow up, payment, staff reimbursement, petty cash, cheque deposit, filling & documentation).
  • Key contact person with accounting firm.
  • Provide office management to ensure the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
  • Provide support for other admin or ad hoc projects as requested by the management

Role requirements:

  • Diploma in Business, Engineering or relevant studies
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Knowledge about Order Processing Flow
  • Knowledge of Shipment Documentation / Custom requirement
  • Knowledge of Trade terms and Letter of Credit terms
  • Good in MS Office especially in Excel and Access
  • Mature, Independent and resourceful
  • Reliable, a team player and collaborate well with various levels
