About the job Telesales Executive
- Call to consult and convince customers to use the right product and close the order
- according to the data the customer has demanded (available data).
- Manage / store customer information on the company system
- Take care and support close customers, provide preferential programs for customers to increase sales
- Completing the assigned KPIs as prescribed
- Language Required: Mandarin & Malay
- Min SPM graduated with at least 3 months of Telesales experience (making sales via call out)
- and Fresh Graduate are most welcome.
- Preference will be given to candidates with sales/product consulting experience from
- industries such as beauty, banking/finance, telecommunication, Insurance, online business.
