Telesales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Call to consult and convince customers to use the right product and close the order
• according to the data the customer has demanded (available data).
• Manage / store customer information on the company system
• Take care and support close customers, provide preferential programs for customers to increase sales
• Completing the assigned KPIs as prescribed

Job requirements:

• Language Required: Mandarin & Malay
• Min SPM graduated with at least 3 months of Telesales experience (making sales via call out)
• and Fresh Graduate are most welcome.
• Preference will be given to candidates with sales/product consulting experience from
• industries such as beauty, banking/finance, telecommunication, Insurance, online business.
