Job Responsibilities
-Provide quality services to customers and answer customers’ inquiries via live chats, phones & email
-Familiar with all the company’s products and promotions, quickly solve problems for customers
-Record and update customer data and other relevant information
-Address customer feedback as well as complaints professionally
-Ad-hoc task as assigned by Supervisor

Job Requirements
-Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree or above.
-At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, prefer in customer service or financial industry
-Required language(s): English
