- Salary : RM 18,000 - RM 25,000
- Location: Damansara Utama
- Responsible for overall visual output of the brand in Malaysia, including controlling the brand style, ensuring precise communication of design concepts and directions for products, graphics, and visual elements that align with the brand positioning and product positioning.
- Ensure the quality of creative and brand design based on brand positioning and tone, including visual creativity, composition, integration of graphics and text, and color schemes.
- Stay updated on front-end design trends and quickly incorporate them into brand visual designs.
- Maintain consistency in brand tone across various channels, including online and offline channels and various brand communication outlets.
- Regularly accumulate and analyze excellent visual materials to explore and analyze the visual preferences of Malaysian consumers.
- Independently lead a team in planning and creating short brand videos; responsible for overall planning and development of TikTok short video accounts, including selecting candidates, defining the positioning of the account, development direction, script content creation, and overseeing video production.
- Responsible for the quality and operational effectiveness of short video content; collect and analyze data, make timely adjustments to content strategies, and optimize performance based on data.
- Bachelor's degree or above in fields such as graphic design, art, design, multimedia design, or related disciplines.
- More than 3 years of work experience in advertising, internet, or e-commerce platforms, preferably 3-5 years of experience in the cosmetics industry.
- Proficient in independent design work, skilled in using software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, as well as AI, CDR, modeling, editing, and other design tools.
- Sharp visual aesthetic sense, color perception, and analytical abilities, able to efficiently and effectively express relevant designs; experience in visual design for well-known brands is preferred.
- Language: Fluent in both Chinese and English.
- Personality: Creative, clear logical thinking, skilled in summarizing and organizing design methodologies, good at communication, extroverted, able to handle pressure, self-motivated.
