About the Employer

An overseas subsidiary  specialising in the manufacturing of ophthalmic lenses.
Working Location
 : Wisma KGN, Pengkalan Weld, 10300 Georgretown, Pulau Pinang

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their queries and issues promptly and positively.
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude towards customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Follow up on cases and commitments made to customers.
  • Have a strong understanding of company products and services and provide detailed information to customers.
  • Utilize various communication channels to interact with customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure feedback is documented.
  • Log all interactions and tasks in Service Cloud or relevant systems.
  • Process orders, forms, and requests accurately.
  • Coordinate with colleagues, particularly the sales team.
  • Assist with stock management of lenses.
  • Investigate tasks thoroughly within established procedures and guidelines.

Candidate Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer support experience.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin.
  • Previous experience in customer service and data entry preferred.
  • Optical experience is a plus.
