About the Employer

The employer is a public listed property developer in Malaysia with strong track record of Township, Industrial Development, commercial and residential development in Malaysia. Now looking for a Senior Leader in Business Development.

Responsibilities:

• Involve in database management, trend analysis, and preparation of new business presentation to top management.
• Take a broad approach to gathering data; develop possible trends for the investment opportunity, based on the indications that make up the analysis.
• Collect and interpret large amounts of proprietary and public information, prepare reports, and work closely with real estate broker, agents, development managers, and the marketing & sales department.
• Study the trend of property market and the consumers' behavior.
• Study the competitors' new property development; make comparison and recommendation for the reference of product development.
• Study overseas property's design and concept.
• Conduct pre-acquisition due diligence or market research of real estate development opportunities.
• Forecast and report on investments in office, hotel, retail and residential properties.
• Assemble data into a spreadsheet and submit reports.
• Implement all policies, activities, procedures as relevant and required by the property development system.
• Any other duty & responsibility, which the company may assign from time to time.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Valuation, Architecture, Town Planning, Quantity Survey, Business Study or property related discipline

• Minimum 10 years in property industry

• Experience in land feasibility study and financial modeling

• Experience in preparing development proposal & business proposal

• Experience in property market research

• Willingness to travel, sense of integrity, and responsible
