About the employer

The employer is a BPO company in Malaysia with rapid expansion focusing on IT  and Fintech industry.
Now looking for an Admin Manager based in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur

  • Basic up to RM 6500 + other allowance

Responsibility

  • Responsible for the entire office administration, monitoring general building repair & maintenance, insurance renewal, stationary management, office system, equipment & etc.
  • Oversee adherence to office policies and procedures and also responsible to develop and implement office policies and standard procedures to guide the office operations and improve operational efficiency.
  • Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organised, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, clerical functions are properly monitored.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, office lease and etc.
  • Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts, and office systems.
  • Coordinate with MIS team on all office equipment.
  • Coordinate company functions and events.
  • Responsible of expatriate management accommodation.
  • Monitoring costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation. To ensuring office financial objectives are met by preparing annual budget for the office, planning the expenditures, analysing variances, and carrying out necessary corrections that may arise.
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/ or equivalent.
  • Proven office management, administrative experience.
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Excellent team collaboration skills
