DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIE

Recruitment

1.1 Process

  • Coordinate workers recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, matching, interviewing, short listing to closing of vacancies/selection, reference, criminal check and offer.
  • Prepare Salary Quotation for potential candidate to be hired.
  • Prepare all required documentation for newly recruited employees; Letter Offer, Job Descriptions, Letter of Appointment and etc.
  • Responsible in arranging pre-employment medical check-up for selected candidates for hiring.
  • Assist in conduct new workers briefing/orientation on the 1st Day-of-Work if deem necessary in the absence of the HRD in-charge.

1.2 Administration and Reporting

  • To assist the Immediate Superior/Manager in Manpower Planning, Budget and Reports.
  • Responsible for the general smooth running of Interview and New Employee Onboard Activities.
  • Administer the advertising budget, select agencies, media and approaches to recruitment advertising. Facilitate all internal and external advertisements, and coordinate responses from these advertisements.
  • Assist in application and renewal of Work Permit & Visa for both expatriates and foreign workers.
  • Act as the key liaison person with Department Heads pertaining interviews for potential employees.
  • Maintain departmental reports/records/statistical data for administrative and regulatory purposes.
  • Support and assist in continuous enhancement of end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Assist in preparing relevant letters for re-designation, transfer, resignation and certification of employment

2. Others

  • Carry out special projects as assigned and be responsible for meeting deadlines as set by the Administrator/Divisional Head.
  • Manage and maintain complete personal files for staffs, written correspondences, records, files and reports.

Requirements

  • Diploma/ Degree graduate
  • Familiar with Malaysia Employment, Labour Law, EPF, SOCSO and etc
  • At least 2 years experiences in recruitment.
