Bank Financial Executive (Sales)- Open For Fresh Graduate

Multiple headcounts for various Kedah, Pulau Pinang, Perak, Perlis, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Melaka, Johor, Negri Sembilan, Pahang, Terengganu, Sabah & Sarawak

Who are we looking at?

  • Min Diploma, Degree in related fields.
  • Willing to take & ensure passing of insurance related licensing (sponsored by company)
  • Sales experience will be an advantage
  • No experience needed

Responsibilities:

  • Indoor Sales
  • Achieve monthly sales target set by the bank
  • Help banking Customer to financially plan for their future through wealth protection, accumulation, and distribution
  • Sell and promote bancassurance products and identify customer segments for new sales
  • Perform prospecting and cold calls to engage with potential customer for sales
  • Participate in sales and marketing events to acquire new customers
  • Establish business relationships with customers to strengthen rapport for up selling activities
  • Provide financial advice and follow up service on policy matters to customers

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Basic Salary: Fresh Grads Basic starts from RM 2,700 up to RM 5,000(not including commissions, bonuses, and cash incentives)

Schedule: 5 Days working & follow banking hours
