• Provide exceptional support to our Mandarin-speaking customers via email, and chat.
• Resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with our team to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
• Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required well train you!
