Job Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to the organization on a wide range of legal matter with a specific focus on FMCG industry operations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to assess potential risks and implications of business decisions, contracts, and agreements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the organization's interests and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Monitor and stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting the FMCG sector, and advise the organization accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance and provide guidance on issues related to intellectual property, consumer protection, advertising, marketing, and product labeling.
• Assess and manage legal risks associated with product development, packaging, labeling, and advertising campaigns.
• Liaise with external legal counsel, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders as necessary to address legal issues and represent the organization's interests.
• Ensure the organization's compliance with relevant data protection and privacy laws, including managing data breaches and incident response activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date legal records and documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB, JD, or equivalent). Advanced degree or specialization in relevant areas will be a plus.
• Minimum of 6-7 years of experience as a Legal Advisor or in a similar legal role, preferably within
  the FMCG industry.
• Strong proficiency in Mandarin is essential, as the role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of FMCG industry regulations, laws, and best practices.
• Familiarity with intellectual property, consumer protection, advertising, and marketing laws and regulations.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements with precision and attention to detail.
