Technical Manager (Senior Chemist)

• Design Support product introduction and application methods for developers, consultants, and architects.
• Establish technical data sheet on specification and product brochure.
• Attend and manage site complaints alongside Business Director and Technical Director.
• Provide technical support/troubleshooting to site engineers related to the performance and applications of cementitious products.
• Ensure related products/systems can be appropriately applied at the customer’s site by providing application guidance, training, and consistently developing the application technique.
• Conduct product mix design trials and facilitate technical demonstration on the efficacy of products.
• Examine and establish an alternative source of raw materials according to company’s formulation requirements.
• Lead technical projects effectively include all activities in lab and site trials.

• Diploma/Degree/Master of Science/Engineering/Technology with the relevant work experiences.
• At least 5 years experiences in chemical Industry
