Requirements
  • Fresh Diploma / Degree Holder
  • SPM holders with minimum 1 years Contact Centre customer service experience.
  • Excellent in English & Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin 
  • IT savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office application
