Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Bancassurance products to existing and potential high net-worth clients.
• Understand clients financial goals through detailed assessments.
• Provide customized financial solutions based on individual needs.
• Achieve sales targets for Bancassurance and other financial products.
• Offer excellent service to build strong, lasting client relationships.

Requirements:

• Candidates with experience in insurance or finance sales are encouraged to apply.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales from any industry with a strong sales record.
• Interest in Industry: Passionate about banking and insurance.
• People Skills: Good communication and able to build strong relationships.
• Problem-Solving: Thinks creatively and finds effective solutions.
• Customer Service: Focused on providing great customer support.
• Mobility: Has own transport and willing to travel
