Technical Recruiter

Jadeer (by future Group) is urgently looking for a Technical Recruiter to be responsible for one of it's Software subsidiaries. It is a Remote job with a competitive package and a brilliant career path .

Responsibilities:

• Filling positions within an organization (juniors, seniors and managers)
• Developing a network of suitable candidates.
• Handling of administration and record-keeping.
• Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.
• Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.
• Drafting and posting job descriptions.
• Interviewing candidates.
• Preparing job offers.
• Networking with various institutions to maintain a qualified database .

Requirements:

• BSc in Human Resources Management or a relevant field .
• From two to three years of experience in hiring software positions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Very good command of English.
• Excellent record keeping.
• Analytical with good problem solving skills.
• Presentable.
