Job Title: Technical Project Manager
Scope: The key focus of the position is to oversee and coordinate the successful execution of technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including task breakdowns, resource allocation, and dependencies. Ensure projects are executed according to plan, tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Facilitate effective collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project objectives, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate activities and dependencies among team members, including developers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks, proactively developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Monitor ongoing risks and issues, taking timely action to resolve or escalate them as needed.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders, including clients, executives, and internal teams, to gather requirements, provide project updates, and manage expectations. Communicate project progress, issues, and risks in a clear and concise manner.
- Resource Management: Collaborate with resource managers to allocate appropriate resources to project tasks. Ensure resource availability and optimize resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet defined standards and specifications. Conduct thorough project reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and quality guidelines.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization. Identify cost-saving opportunities and effectively manage project finances within approved budgets.
- Change Management: Assess and manage project change requests, evaluating their impact on scope, timeline, and resources. Implement change control processes to ensure changes are properly evaluated, approved, and incorporated into project plans.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, requirements, risks, issues, and decisions. Generate regular project status reports and present updates to stakeholders and management.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to the development and implementation of best practices, methodologies, and tools to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Technical Project Manager, IT Project Manager, or similar role.
- Strong expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Proven track record of successfully managing technical projects from initiation to completion, delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, is desirable.
- Familiarity with project management tools, such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding practical solutions to complex project challenges.
- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams towards project success.
- Project management certifications, such as PMP or Agile certifications, are a plus.

Working Conditions:
- Working Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM (From Sunday to Thursday).
- Working Model: Hybrid (One or two days on-site).
