We are hiring Business Development Executive for one of Future Group subsidiaries in BPO industry.
Job Brief:
A Business Development Executive is responsible for driving growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. They build relationships, generate leads, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential business opportunities, target markets, and industry trends.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor research to determine effective sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, track progress, and report on sales activities and results.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, understand their business needs, and present tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and successful execution of business development strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and negotiations to close deals.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand professional network and promote company offerings.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and lead generation strategies.
- Experience in selling to international or diverse markets is a definite plus.
- US market experience is a huge plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with the sales tools.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
