We are hiring Business Development Executive for one of Future Group subsidiaries.

Job Brief:

A Business Development Executive is responsible for driving growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. They build relationships, generate leads, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.


  1. Identify and research potential business opportunities, target markets, and industry trends.
  2. Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals.
  3. Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor research to determine effective sales strategies.
  4. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, track progress, and report on sales activities and results.
  5. Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, understand their business needs, and present tailored solutions.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and successful execution of business development strategies.
  7. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and negotiations to close deals.
  8. Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
  9. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand professional network and promote company offerings.
  10. Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.


  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and lead generation strategies.
  • Experience in selling to international or diverse markets is a definite plus.
  • Experience in advertising or content services agencies is a must.
  • Experience in selling marketing services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
    Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the sales tools.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
