Senior Manager – Group IT

We are seeking a qualified and experienced individual for the position of Senior Manager – Group IT to join our Corporate Services division. This role is responsible for acting as a high-energy catalyst for digital evolution by architecting and deploying Agentic AI solutions and automated workflows that drive group-wide efficiency, while ensuring the stability of IT infrastructure and providing strategic oversight for ERP continuity across all business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead identification and implementation of Agentic AI solutions and automated workflows to eliminate manual processes and improve group-wide efficiency.

• Drive AI-first mindset and digital transformation across business functions.

• Ensure IT infrastructure stability, cybersecurity, and system uptime, while fixing operational bottlenecks.

• Develop and enforce IT policies, SOPs, data protection, and AI governance frameworks.

• Provide strategic oversight to ERP (SAP) operations and ensure alignment with business needs.

• Manage IT vendors, budgets, and resources with a focus on ROI and innovation.

• Present quarterly IT performance, SLAs, and AI impact reports to senior management

Required Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputable institution.
• 5–8 years of progressive IT experience with strong exposure to AI tools, automation, and digital transformation.
• Hands-on experience in ERP (preferably SAP), cloud computing, cybersecurity, and infrastructure management.
• Familiarity with project management, vendor coordination, and cross-functional IT delivery.
• Relevant certifications in ERP, project management, information security, or cloud technologies will be considered a plus.
• Prior experience in agriculture, technology, or industrial sectors will be an added advantage
