We are seeking a proactive and technically proficient Resident Engineer to provide on-site technical support and ensure the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and peripheral devices, including high-volume printing and scanning equipment.
- Oversee the deployment and troubleshooting of enterprise software and specialized applications, ensuring all systems remain updated and fully functional.
- Perform essential L1 networking tasks, including physical cable coding, crimping, and patch panel management to ensure reliable connectivity.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity failures and manage IP address configurations to maintain stable internal communication for all end-user devices.
Skills
- Proficient in the installation and configuration of computing systems and peripheral devices, including printers and scanners.
- Skilled in the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of operating systems and various enterprise applications.

Qualifications
BS Computer Science or equivalent.
