Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Hybrid Infrastructure System Administrator to manage and support enterprise Microsoft infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering Microsoft 365 services, hybrid infrastructure, endpoint management, virtualization platforms, and Windows Server environments while delivering exceptional technical support to enterprise customers. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a customer-centric mindset to ensure the stability, security, and performance of mission-critical IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 Administration & Support

  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Microsoft 365 services.
  • Administer and manage Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Manage user accounts, licensing, identity, access management, and security configurations.
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 service issues and user-reported incidents.
  • Support Microsoft Intune administration and endpoint management.

End User Support

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and collaboration tools.
  • Troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Manage software deployments, updates, and endpoint security compliance.
  • Ensure timely incident resolution in accordance with agreed service levels (SLAs).

Hybrid Infrastructure Management

  • Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server environments.
  • Manage and maintain virtualization platforms including VMware and Hyper-V.
  • Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and capacity.
  • Support backup, disaster recovery, system patching, and upgrade activities.
  • Assist with infrastructure modernization and cloud adoption initiatives.

Incident & Service Management

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for infrastructure and end-user support issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement preventive measures.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles.
  • Coordinate with vendors and technology partners for issue resolution when required.

Security & Compliance

  • Implement security best practices across infrastructure and endpoints.
  • Support vulnerability management, patch management, and compliance initiatives.
  • Monitor and respond to infrastructure and security-related incidents.
  • Enforce identity and access management policies and controls.

Customer Engagement

  • Act as the on-site technical representative for enterprise customers.
  • Provide operational updates, technical reports, and service reviews.
  • Build strong working relationships with customer IT teams and key stakeholders.
  • Participate in technical planning sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT support, Microsoft 365 administration, or hybrid infrastructure management.
