Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Manager - Enterprise Sales to drive business growth through strategic client acquisition and account management within the IT solutions domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, an established client network, and proven experience in selling IT infrastructure and security solutions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new growth opportunities through strategic networking, industry engagement, and targeted outreach.
  • Build and maintain a consistent flow of qualified leads to ensure long-term sales stability and growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by engaging with clients to uncover their business challenges and technical requirements.
  • Develop and propose tailored enterprise IT solutions—including cloud, storage, virtualization, and cybersecurity—that align with client objectives.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations that clearly articulate the business value and ROI of service offerings.
  • Lead the entire sales lifecycle, from initial lead generation and proposal preparation to contract negotiation and final deal closure.
  • Partner with pre-sales, engineering, and delivery teams to design optimal solutions and ensure a seamless project handover post-sale.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while monitoring key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.

    Qualification

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (Master's preferred).
    • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in IT/technology sales, preferably in enterprise solutions.
    • Proven track record of managing key accounts and large clients.
    • Strong experience in strategic sales planning and revenue growth.
    • Hands-on experience in selling enterprise IT solutions (compute, storage, virtualization, cybersecurity).
    • Established client network within relevant industries (e.g., banking, telecom, large enterprises).
    • Strong understanding of industry trends and customer business environments.
