Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrade, and support projects. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and cross-functional internal teams to drive successful project execution while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and effective change management.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrade, and support projects across platforms such as Oracle and SAP
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business objectives
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams including functional consultants, technical teams, and external vendors
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality delivery and adherence to SLAs
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Drive change management initiatives, including stakeholder communication, training, and adoption strategies
- Monitor project performance through KPIs and provide regular updates to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
- PMP Certification or any other relevant Project Management certification is preferred
- 7–8 years of overall ERP (Oracle/SAP) implementation experience
- 3–4 years of hands-on ERP Project Management experience
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex ERP projects
