Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Frontend Developer & UI/UX Designer to own the company's web experience end-to-end. This hybrid role combines UI/UX design with frontend development, enabling you to design intuitive digital experiences and bring them to life using Next.js.You will be responsible for designing and developing new website pages, landing pages, and campaign microsites while continuously improving the overall user experience, website performance, and technical SEO. You'll also manage backend integrations with CRM platforms, analytics tools, and marketing technologies to ensure a fast, scalable, and conversion-focused digital experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both designing exceptional interfaces and building them with clean, high-quality code.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design & Frontend Development

  • Design and develop modern, responsive website pages, landing pages, and campaign microsites using Next.js and React.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and design systems in Figma.
  • Own the website's user experience by identifying usability improvements and implementing design enhancements.
  • Build responsive, mobile-first interfaces that function seamlessly across browsers and devices.
  • Ensure pixel-perfect implementation aligned with brand guidelines and conversion goals.

Website Performance & Optimization

  • Improve website speed and Core Web Vitals through image optimization, code splitting, lazy loading, and clean development practices.
  • Maintain website responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve frontend bugs, layout inconsistencies, and UI issues.
  • Perform routine website updates, including banners, navigation, CTAs, content sections, and visual assets.

Backend & Integrations

  • Develop and maintain backend functionality within the Next.js ecosystem.
  • Build API integrations, dynamic routing, server-side rendering (SSR), and Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR).
  • Manage CRM integrations with platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar systems.
  • Develop lead capture forms and ensure accurate data flow into CRM platforms.
  • Implement and maintain integrations with:
    • Google Analytics 4
    • Google Tag Manager
    • Meta Pixel
    • LinkedIn Insight Tag
    • Marketing campaign tracking tools

Technical SEO

  • Conduct technical SEO audits and implement improvements.
  • Resolve crawlability, indexation, duplicate content, broken links, redirect chains, canonical tag, and sitemap issues.
  • Implement and maintain structured schema markup, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt.
  • Monitor keyword rankings and identify opportunities to improve organic search performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize pages for SEO and conversion.

Collaboration & Development Practices

  • Partner with marketing stakeholders to transform campaign briefs into engaging digital experiences.
  • Maintain clean, scalable, and reusable code following best development practices.
  • Use Git-based version control and structured deployment workflows.
  • Deploy applications through platforms such as Vercel or Netlify.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Interactive Media, Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in frontend development.
  • Demonstrated experience developing production websites using Next.js and React.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both frontend development and UI/UX design work.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience optimizing websites for performance and Core Web Vitals.
  • Hands-on experience with API integrations, SSR, ISR, and backend functionality within Next.js.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, CRM platforms, and marketing integrations.
  • Experience with Git-based development workflows and modern deployment platforms.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to deliver pixel-perfect user interfaces.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
