Job Responsibilities

• Assist in Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Support user onboarding, offboarding, and license management
• Assist with Microsoft Intune device enrollment, policies, and compliance
• Learn and assist with Microsoft Purview DLP and security configurations
• Support Windows Autopilot device setup and validation
• Assist in Azure and identity-related tasks under supervision
• Support documentation, testing, and deployment activities
• Shadow senior engineers on live customer projects.

Skills

Required Skills (Basic Level)

• Understanding of cloud computing fundamentals
• Basic networking knowledge
• Windows OS fundamentals
• Strong willingness to learn Microsoft technologies hands-on

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Microsoft 365 or Azure (academic or internship experience)
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity or endpoint management
• AZ-900 or MS-900 certification (optional)

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field

Experience

• 0–1 year of experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
