JAK Travel Agency is seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our remote team as Vacation Experience Coordinators. In this role, you'll support clients with vacation planning, answer travel-related questions, and provide a high level of service throughout the booking process.
This is an entry-level friendly, remote position. No prior travel experience is required — ongoing support is provided.
What You'll Do

Assist clients with vacation and travel inquiries

Provide customer support via phone, email, and online tools

Learn and use travel booking platforms and supplier systems

Maintain accurate client information and follow up as needed

Complete training and stay informed on travel offerings
