Criteria:

-Matric
-Diploma/Degree in Human Resources,Training or relevant qualification.
-2-3years experience in W&RSETA.
-Understanding of QCTO.
-Proficient in MSOffice; Word and Excel(Intermediate Level).
-Proven working experience on Sage People 300 is essential.
-Strong admin & time-management capability.
-Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
-Highly self-motivated, able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

-Ensure submission of the WSP, ATR and pivotal reports to the SETA, before the deadline.

-Learnership and SETA funded program management – Manage the rollout plans, content, fallouts, SETA uploads and verifications, results etc.

-Follow up on SETA/TVET payments & control invoicing.

-Assist with the implementation of the Training Module on Sage by ensuring a smooth setup and deployment process to enable accurate processing of training reports.

-Document all training interventions on Sage and pull the WSP/ATR from the system.

-Creation of Talent pools for Learnerships and placement of learners. (Recruitment of unemployed youth).

-Coordinate and schedule training sessions.

-Manage training administration, including registration, attendance tracking, and certification.

-Prepare training materials and documentation as required.

-Provide support to employees regarding training programs and career development.

-Moodle LMS Platform (Upload, monitor, track, reporting, new functionality gamification etc, new starter onboarding).

-Support and contribute to content development by assisting with the creation of training materials, modules, and resources that are engaging, informative, and aligned with industry best practices in accordance with business needs.

-Support and assist with training facilitation where needed.

-Liaise with trainers, facilitators, and external training providers.
