Senior AI/LLM Engineer

Our client is a leading UAE-based technology and financial services group, building one of the regions most comprehensive digital ecosystems across communication, payments, commerce, and lifestyle services. The group is rapidly expanding its fintech and acquiring capabilities, integrating physical and digital acceptance infrastructure to serve both consumers and merchants at scale.

They are looking for a Senior LLM Engineerwith deep expertise inLarge Language Model development, orchestration, and application engineering. The job holder will be responsible for building and deploying AI systems usingLangChain,LangGraph, and related frameworks. Additionally, they will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing complex, multi-agent LLM applications that drive real business value.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimizeLLM-based systemsleveragingLangChain, LangGraph, and vector databases.
• Develop and maintainmodular prompt pipelines, agents, and toolsthat enable dynamic reasoning and contextual understanding.
• IntegrateLLMs with APIs, databases, and internal toolsfor seamless automation and data interaction.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and deployfoundation models(e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Llama) for domain-specific applications.
• Implementretrieval-augmented generation (RAG)andknowledge graph reasoningpipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams product managers, data engineers, and researchers to bring LLM-driven products to life.
• Contribute toLLM system architecture design, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Stay current with emergingAI frameworks, model APIs, and orchestration patterns.

Qualifications

• Masters degreeor PhD Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 35 years of experience developing withLangChainandLangGraphin production environments.
• Strong proficiency inPython/Java ScriptsandLLM APIs(OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.).
• Experience withRAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Solid understanding ofprompt engineering,LLM evaluation, andtool/agent design.
• Experience withExpertise in Cursor, Claude code, Docker, MCP(Model Context Protocol), Docker,Git, and modern cloud environments (e.g. Azure or AWS etc.).
• Experience withmulti-agent systems,function calling, andgraph-based orchestration.
• Familiarity withLangSmithorLLMOpstools for observability and performance tracking.
• Knowledge ofdata pipelines, ETL systems, or microservice architectures.
