About the job Head of Marketing
Our client is a fast-growing fintech company based in Dubai, with a mission to revolutionize the financial landscape in the MENA region for the unbanked and underbanked segment.
The company is regulated by the Central Bank of UAE and is privately funded and has raised till date 25 Mn USD.
They are now looking for Head of Marketing to fix the company's marketing mix up, acquire and engage users, create smart, non-boring marketing campaigns, build a sharp social media presence across platforms, and collaborate with a fast-moving, high-caliber team to turn ideas into sustainable business impact.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Craft Growth Strategies: Develop data-driven plans to acquire new users, increase engagement, and drive sustainable business growth for the company.
- Craft marketing campaigns that don't put people to sleep.
- Wrangle social media into something resembling a cohesive strategy. Think witty tweets, engaging Instagram stories, and enough TikToks to make Gen Z proud (without making us cringe).
- Work with the team (ex- Cred, Paytm, Freecharge, Uber, Google Pay - you get the idea) who are brilliant but also have the attention span of a goldfish.
- Be prepared to explain things simply, creatively, and probably multiple times.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or masters degree in marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience.
- Prior experience in 360 Marketing
- Experience in the UAE is preferred.
