Our client is a leading multi-family office and asset management firm based in (DIFC, regulated by the DFSA under a Category 3 license. The firm delivers bespoke investment solutions to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients across GCC, MENA, Europe, and China.

They are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join their team in DIFC and play a key role in expanding their private clients and asset management business. This position involves managing and growing a portfolio of high-value clients, delivering tailored investment strategies, and contributing to the firms continued commercial and investment development.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build, grow, and manage a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients through personal network and active business development.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and investment manager, providing holistic wealth solutions aligned with clients goals and risk profiles.
  • Bring an existing portable client portfolio with a proven track record of client relationships.
  • Develop and execute a personal business strategy to expand AUM and revenue in line with firm targets.
  • Proactively structure and propose investment solutions using the firms full product range and platform capabilities.
  • Maintain full compliance with DFSA regulations, internal governance, and best market practices.
  • Contribute to the growth of the firm through collaboration, idea generation, and participation in commercial initiatives.
  • Achieve individual performance KPIs, including:
  1. AUM growth
  2. Revenue generation
  3. Client acquisition
  4. Portfolio profitability

    Requirements

    • Established HNW/UHNW client base with the ability to transfer relationships.
    • 7+ years experience as Senior RM level within Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Asset Management.
    • Currently employed by a reputable Private Bank or Wealth Management firm.
    • Clear and structured 3-year business plan
    • Strong knowledge of:
    1. Financial markets
    2. Investment products
    3. Portfolio construction
    4. Risk management
      • Strong communication and presentation skills.
      • Interest in alternative investments including:
      1. Venture capital
      2. Hedge funds
      3. Private markets
      4. Crypto and digital assets
        • Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
        • High ethical standards and professional integrity.
