Our client is a leading Open Banking and embedded finance platform operating across the GCC, with a strong presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The company partners with banks, lenders, regulated entities, fintechs, marketplaces, and digital platforms to enable secure API-driven financial connectivity.

As part of its expansion in KSA, the company is playing a pivotal role in supporting the Kingdoms fintech transformation and regulatory evolution under the SAMA Open Banking Framework.

They are seeking a Senior Strategic Account Manager to join their team in Riyadh, KSA. In line with Saudization requirements, this role is open to Saudi nationals only

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts across banks, lenders, regulated entities, fintechs, marketplaces, and digital platforms.
  • Lead executive-level engagements with C-suite stakeholders, product, compliance, risk, and technical teams to drive integration roadmaps and value creation.
  • Manage end-to-end partnerships from prospecting and solution shaping through commercial negotiation, contracting, onboarding, go-live, and ongoing performance management.
  • Structure complex commercial agreements including pricing models, SLAs, and ROI cases.
  • Drive account planning, governance frameworks, QBRs/MBRs, success plans, and risk tracking with strong forecast discipline.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and InfoSec teams to align delivery and influence roadmap priorities.
  • Support regulatory sandbox and SAMA-aligned initiatives where relevant.
  • Track account health, product adoption, revenue growth, and executive engagement, providing actionable performance insights.
  • Represent the organization at fintech forums, industry events, and partner engagements across KSA.

Qualifications

  • Saudi national (mandatory, in line with Saudization).
  • 7–10 years of experience in fintech, financial institutions, enterprise SaaS/API sales, or strategic partnerships within KSA/GCC.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, digital payments, embedded finance, and API-based integrations.
  • Proven track record of managing and expanding complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts.
  • Strong commercial acumen including pricing strategy, value modelling, ROI development, and executive-level storytelling.
  • Experience navigating legal, compliance, and procurement cycles within regulated environments.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English with strong executive communication skills.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or similar).
