Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, target, and convert new business opportunities across UAE and wider GCC markets.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with a focus on new logo acquisition and first-time clients.
  • Prospect, network, and leverage market insights to secure high-value client meetings with decision-makers and C-level stakeholders.
  • Drive revenue growth by presenting tailored staffing and outsourcing solutions that meet client needs.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with new clients, ensuring trust, credibility, and long-term value creation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for newly acquired clients, ensuring smooth handover to account management and delivery teams.
  • Leverage strong interpersonal and communication skills to position the client as a preferred staffing partner.

Key Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 7 to 10 years of sales hunter experience in staffing, recruitment, workforce solutions, IT Services, etc.
  • Proven success in acquiring new clients and consistently achieving sales targets.
  • Strong experience in solution-based B2B sales within UAE or GCC markets preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of contract staffing, professional recruitment, outsourcing, or managed workforce solutions.
  • Experience in selling to multinationals, large corporates, and fast-growing enterprises.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, pitch, and close deals.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with C-level executives.
  • Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial and target-driven approach.
