They are seeking tech savvy & experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists to lead end-to-end recruitment for complex and hard-to-fill roles across multiple geographies. This role focuses on identifying, assessing, and closing high-calibre talent beyond standard CV screening, with strong emphasis on judgment, stakeholder partnership, and candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead search strategies for specialist roles across engineering, compliance, trading, and operations
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates using a mix of AI tools, market mapping, and professional networks
  • Build and manage target talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
  • Conduct in-depth candidate assessments using internal SATI (Self-Assessment Top grading Interview) framework
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring standards
  • Challenge unrealistic expectations and maintain hiring quality
  • Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, ensuring timely progress
  • Drive offer management and candidate closure, including counteroffer navigation
  • Identify inefficiencies in recruitment workflows and contribute to continuous process improvement

Key Qualifications

  • 5-8 / 12-15 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within fast-paced or global environments
  • Proven track record of successfully closing hard-to-find or niche roles
  • Strong sourcing capability and experience engaging passive candidates
  • Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to provide direct and constructive feedback
  • Sound judgment in assessing candidate potential, culture fit, and long-term suitability
  • Comfortable operating in evolving processes and ambiguous environments
  • Data-informed decision-maker with strong human intuition
