They are seeking a Head of Business Planning and Integrated Communications with profound expertise in creating and executing frameworks that help optimize time and create high-impact leverage for the CEO. The ideal candidate will be from a fin-tech environment and a strategic mindset to contribute to their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Optimization of communication with internal and external stakeholders and across all mediums.
- Managing and running with assigned projects by coordinating tasks, deadlines, and resources. This could involve collaborating with other members of the executive team, department heads, and external contacts.
- Planning and coordinating company events, board meetings, conferences, and other gatherings.
- Maintain the utmost discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Deliver and run processes that can help unleash available time and resources more efficiently and effectively, helping senior leadership focus on high-priority tasks and strategic initiatives.
- Conducts research on various topics, gathers information, and prepares briefs or reports to assist senior leadership in making informed decisions.
- Take on miscellaneous tasks and requests that arise while supporting leadership.
- Ensure effective planning and administrative systems are in place and maintained efficiently and effectively.
- Bring in new-age tech and related global best practices to help leadership build better and more effective operating protocols and frameworks.
- Work closely with the capital markets teams for detailed market research, competitor research, industry research to extract and present insights to understand the market dynamics, identify opportunities for growth, and stay ahead of the competition.
- Source targeted business data across entities, gather insights on periodical performance (monthly, quarterly) to monitor the companys performance over time, identify trends, and facilitate data-driven decisions.
- Help develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass branding, social media, and website content to enhance brand visibility and engagement, including senior leaderships and the groups external positioning.
- Organize/ manage/ ideate/ execute on internal/ external events such as town halls, podcasts, panel discussions, team building activities, offsites, conferences, training sessions to cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Facilitate effective communication within the organization, working closely with leadership to ensure that all employees are informed and engaged.
- Work closely with the CEO re: managing/ enhancing the organizations public image and relationships with external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and media and develop strategies to enhance the company's reputation and visibility in the market.
