Our client is an established business in the domain hosting and protection vertical, with ICANN registration since 2008, domiciled in Curaçao, a Netherlandish Antilles. As part of their ambitious growth strategy, the company is establishing a strategic presence in Dubai to serve as a launchpad for innovation, commercial expansion, and strategic leadership across global markets. With a forward-looking approach and AI-enabled solutions, the firm is positioned to lead the next evolution in secure, scalable domain management. The company is backed and well-funded by a venture fund.

Our client is seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to spearhead the business and market strategy from Dubai. This role is pivotal in shaping the firms global trajectory, with end-to-end responsibility for building regional operations, defining go-to-market strategy, and delivering sustainable commercial outcomes. The CEO will lead from the front, blending entrepreneurial agility with deep industry knowledge and commercial foresight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the UAE hub, aligned with global objectives.
  • Define and operationalize go-to-market initiatives across key international territories.
  • Own full P&L responsibility, driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
  • Build and nurture a high-performing team within the first year, with a strong emphasis on technical and AI capabilities.
  • Foster strategic collaboration with global product, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure cohesive delivery.
  • Manage relationships with investors and key stakeholders and provide data-driven insights to the Board.
  • Establish a forward-thinking and agile organizational culture that encourages innovation, accountability, and impact.

Experience & Knowledge:

  • Minimum 15-20 years of progressive leadership experience in tech-led businesses, preferably within domain hosting, cybersecurity, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Proven success in launching, scaling, or turning around business units in high-growth or startup environments.
  • Deep understanding of global commercial strategy, with strong techno-commercial acumen and P&L ownership.
  • Exposure to diverse global markets, with experience in emerging markets strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with ICANN regulations and registrar ecosystems is an advantage.
  • High emotional intelligence and a proactive, founder-like mindset with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguous and fast-paced environments, driving clarity and structure were needed.
