The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in brand positioning, storytelling, and market-specific adaptation, blending creativity with strategic rigor to elevate the organization's presence across global markets.

Key Result Areas

  • Brand Strategy & Development: Lead the end-to-end branding lifecycle for new and existing projects from concept creation and narrative development to visual identity and market launch.
  • Luxury Positioning: Ensure all brand expressions meet or exceed global luxury real estate and lifestyle standards, resonating with HNWI and international clientele.
  • Market Localization & Global Alignment: Tailor messaging, design direction, and brand voice for key international markets, including GCC, UK, Europe, and India, while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, architecture, and international creative agencies to bring the brand vision to life.
  • Brand Architecture & Messaging: Define and manage brand hierarchies, naming conventions, tone of voice, and storytelling frameworks across all projects and touchpoints.
  • Campaign & Content Oversight: Provide strategic direction for high-impact brand campaigns, events, and digital activations that strengthen organisation's brand equity globally.
  • Creative Partner Management: Identify, brief, and manage international branding, creative, and design agencies to deliver premium, cohesive brand outcomes.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in brand strategy, luxury brand marketing, or real estate branding, with a proven international portfolio.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of high-end consumer behaviour and luxury positioning across diverse cultural markets.
  • Expertise in building brand narratives, identity systems, and integrated marketing assets.
  • Experience collaborating with global creative, architecture, or design firms is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional storytelling, communication, and leadership skills.
