Our client is an AI Integrated Financing Platform on a mission to enable credit access at scale for underserved SMEs and consumers across MENAT and the Global South. They enable seamless access to capital by embedding intelligent credit infrastructure into digital ecosystems including payment gateways, e-commerce platforms, vertical SaaS providers, telcos, and super apps. Positioned at the intersection of financial services, advanced technologies, and innovation, they are shaping the future of embedded finance.

They are seeking a Executive Assistant to support the office of the founder/ceo in driving strategic prior, stakeholder engagement, and execution across global initiatives. This is a high-impact role working directly with a visionary leader at the intersection of fintech, inclusion, and deep tech.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Support: Work closely with the co-founder to plan, prioritize, and execute key business initiatives aligned with the companys vision for financial inclusion and sustainable lending.
  • Business Planning & Analytics: Assist in financial planning, investor updates, market research, board presentations, and business modelling across multiple global geographies (LATAM, MENA, Sub-Saharan Africa, ASEAN).
  • Executive Communication: Draft and review communications, whitepapers, op-eds, and thought leadership content on topics like AI-led credit, ESG, distributed banking models, and embedded finance.
  • Program Management: Drive cross-functional coordination for strategic initiatives including fundraising, partnerships, product rollouts, and new market entries.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including fintechs, regulators, investors, incubators, and ecosystem partners on behalf of the co-founder.
  • Calendar & Workflow Management: Manage schedules, travel planning, and internal communications while ensuring efficient prioritization of the co-founders time and goals.
  • Confidential Projects: Act as a trusted partner on confidential and time-sensitive projects related to M&A, capital raises, and product innovation.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or Masters preferred.
  • 510 years of experience in strategy, business planning, consulting, VC, fintech, or startup environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset with financial modelling and research skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to distil complex topics for senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in global financial services, fintech, ESG, or development finance is a plus.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in fast-paced environments.
  • Passion for inclusion, diversity, sustainable finance, and emerging technology-driven impact.
