The company's portfolio includes upscale residential projects, shopping malls, hotels, and resorts, along with retail and leisure properties. Known for its innovative approach, our client focuses on delivering high-quality developments that cater to both local and international markets. Their projects are designed to offer luxury living, community-centric amenities, and sustainable solutions.

They are looking to add to their team a driven AVP-Luxury Sales within their Sales Department. The job holder will be reporting directly to the Senior VP - Sales.

The role is responsible for overseeing and driving the sales performance of luxury real estate properties. This position requires a dynamic leader with extensive knowledge of the luxury real estate market, strong sales acumen, and a proven ability to build relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and other key stakeholders. The individual will play a critical role in developing sales strategies, leading a team of luxury sales agents, and ensuring the overall success of the luxury real estate division.

Duties & Responsibilities

Sales Leadership and Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase revenue and market share for luxury real estate properties.
  • Lead and motivate the luxury sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify market trends and adapt sales tactics accordingly to ensure the division remains competitive and innovative.
  • Oversee the creation of sales collateral, presentations, and marketing strategies to attract luxury buyers and investors.

Team Management and Development:

  • Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team of luxury real estate agents, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
  • Set clear performance goals, monitor progress, and provide ongoing feedback to team members.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and customer-centric service.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), real estate investors, developers, and key industry players.
  • Ensure personalized and exceptional service for clients throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale.
  • Manage high-stakes negotiations and act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Stay updated on the latest trends, pricing, and developments in the luxury real estate market.
  • Analyze sales performance, market conditions, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, target demographics, and sales channels.

Collaboration with Marketing and Operations Teams:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted campaigns for luxury properties.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless transaction processes, from contract negotiation to closing.

Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage budgets for the luxury sales division.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and profitability, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management regarding sales progress and financial targets.

Brand Representation and Networking:

  • Act as a brand ambassador for the luxury real estate firm, attending industry events, networking functions, and key luxury real estate conferences.
  • Cultivate relationships with influential individuals, such as architects, interior designers, and wealth managers, to enhance the firms reputation and presence in the luxury market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in luxury real estate sales (ticket sizes of AED 12M+), with at least 10 years of experience in sales and leadership roles
  • A strong network in the luxury real estate sector and experience working with high-net-worth clients
  • Deep knowledge of the luxury market, including pricing trends, marketing tactics, and key competitors
  • Excellent English language communication and presentation skills
