Our client is a diversified UAE-based group with a strong presence across real estate development, construction, retail, and hospitality. The organization is focused on strengthening its brand presence, driving customer and investor engagement, and positioning itself as a premier real estate developer in Ras Al Khaimah and the wider region.

We are looking to hire a Vice President of Marketing to spearhead the strategic direction, development, and execution of all marketing and communications functions across the Group's real estate and related business verticals (digital marketing, social media, branding, events, PR, communications, etc.).

This executive will strengthen the company's brand presence, drive customer and investor engagement, and ensure all marketing strategies closely align with overall business objectives. They will ensure a competitive advantage by fostering an innovative, customer-centric marketing approach that leverages data analytics, advanced marketing technology, and AI-driven insights. The role's scope spans multiple business units – Real Estate Development, Construction, Retail, and Hospitality – and a diverse customer base ranging from individual property buyers and retail tenants to hospitality clients, government entities, and international investors.

As a key member of the Group's leadership team, the individual will collaborate closely with C-level executives and the Board of Directors to ensure marketing initiatives are impactful, accountable, and contribute measurably to the Group's growth trajectory. This is a pivotal executive position requiring a seasoned marketing professional with significant UAE real estate experience and a proven ability to drive business growth.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing and communications strategy aligned with business growth goals.
  • Lead brand positioning and storytelling to elevate the Group's profile locally and regionally.
  • Oversee digital and performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media to drive qualified leads and measurable ROI.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty initiatives, supported by analytics and automation.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal ROI and alignment with sales and leasing outcomes.
  • Direct PR, events, and partnerships to enhance visibility and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure brand consistency across real estate, retail, and hospitality portfolios.
  • Use data-driven insights and AI tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize strategy.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Collaborate with Projects, Sales, Community Management, and HR to align with operational goals, and support capacity building across departments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field from a premier university / B-School.
  • Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) in Marketing or Business Administration is a plus.
  • Specialized certifications in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or Real Estate Marketing are an advantage.
  • 15+ years of progressive and strategic experience in Marketing & Communications, including at least 7–10 years in a senior leadership role (Director/VP/CMO level).
  • Real Estate industry experience within the UAE is mandatory; exposure to Retail & Hospitality is an advantage.
  • Proven expertise in digital transformation, brand management, and strategic campaigns.
  • Track record of managing agencies, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
  • Professional-level fluency in English.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
  • Expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Google Analytics, and online advertising.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube) and their business tools.
  • Knowledge of design/creative tools (Adobe Suite, Canva) is an added advantage.
  • Strategic marketing and brand management expertise, with strong financial acumen in managing large-scale budgets.
  • Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills, with a strong grasp of customer insights and segmentation.
  • Ability to navigate cross-cultural and regional market dynamics.
