Our client is within the luxury Furniture business based out of the UAE.

They are looking to hire a Brand Manager to lead the development, launch, and growth of new premium brand, combining Italian design direction with craftsmanship.

The Brand Manager will shape its positioning, storytelling, and identity, driving its market introduction and long-term desirability. The mission is to establish it as a benchmark of refined living and design excellence on a global stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the comprehensive global brand strategy for this new venture, including positioning, brand architecture, and long-term vision.
  • Lead the go-to-market strategy and orchestrate the international launch of the brand across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Define the target audience (HNWIs, design connoisseurs) and create compelling brand narratives and storytelling that resonate with their lifestyle.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Manager and external agencies to develop all brand assets, from the visual identity and campaign concepts to digital content and retail experiences.
  • Manage the marketing calendar, launch roadmap, and budget allocation for Brand initiatives.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis within the luxury furniture sector to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics, consumer insights, and campaign effectiveness; prepare regular reports and recommendations.
  • Act as the primary brand steward, ensuring all internal teams and external partners adhere to brand guidelines with absolute consistency.
  • Partner with the Digital and Retail teams to create a seamless, luxurious omnichannel customer journey.

Key Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6-7+ years of classic brand management experience, with a mandatory focus on the luxury goods or high-design sector.
  • Backgrounds in high fashion, premium furniture, interior design, fine art, watches, or high-end
  • hospitality are highly relevant.
  • Proven experience in launching or managing a new brand or product line on an international scale.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and brand storytelling capabilities.
  • Strong financial acumen.

Preferred:

  • Direct experience with brand marketing and product launches in the European market is highly desirable.
  • MBA is a significant plus.
  • Experience marketing products with a high design and craftsmanship component.
  • A network of contacts within luxury media, PR agencies, and influencer circles.
