The organization seeks an experienced Global Leader Talent Acquisition to drive recruitment strategy and execution on a global scale. This strategic leadership role reports to senior management and owns the complete talent acquisition function. The organization has invested in an internal AI recruiter that handles the heavy lifting in sourcing, screening, and initial candidate evaluation. The successful candidate will leverage this AI-powered foundation to focus on higher-value activities: strategic workforce planning, employer branding, technical assessment, candidate experience, team leadership, and stakeholder partnerships. This is a business leadership position where the candidate will shape organizational growth and culture through strategic talent decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans
  • Own end-to-end recruitment accountability from workforce planning through onboarding and retention analytics
  • Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Leverage the internal AI recruiter strategically to optimize the entire recruitment funnel, with focus on refining processes, improving candidate quality, and enhancing speed
  • Build and execute an employer branding strategy that positions the organization as an employer of choice for top technical talent
  • Implement and optimize ATS systems and recruitment tools to create data-driven hiring funnels with clear visibility into metrics and ROI
  • Lead technical evaluations for specialized roles, particularly engineers, data scientists, and AI specialists
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs and ensure recruitment strategy supports business objectives
  • Drive continuous innovation in recruitment by staying ahead of market trends and introducing practices that give the organization competitive advantage

Key Qualifications

  • 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in global talent acquisition and recruitment leadership
  • Demonstrated expertise recruiting for technical roles, including software engineers, data scientists, machine learning specialists, and other specialized technical positions
  • Proven AI-first mindset with hands-on experience leveraging AI and automation tools to improve recruitment outcomes. Must understand both capabilities and limitations of AI, and know when to apply human judgment.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and optimizing ATS platforms to manage recruitment funnels, track key metrics, and make data-informed decisions
  • Track record of building and leading high-performing talent acquisition teams, with clear evidence of developing talent and creating scalable processes
  • Experience designing and executing employer branding initiatives that differentiate the organization and attract pools of qualified candidates
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and navigate complex organizational dynamics
  • Demonstrated passion for talent acquisition as a strategic business function, not merely an operational one

Preferred Experience

  • Background scaling recruitment functions in high-growth tech or fintech organizations
  • Experience optimizing and managing AI-powered recruitment tools at scale
  • Familiarity with international hiring across multiple regions and regulatory environments
  • Track record of achieving measurable improvements in recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate experience scores
