The Role

As Clinic Operations Manager, you will be the strategic leader responsible for orchestrating the seamless delivery of our comprehensive healthcare services. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Operations

• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, ensuring the delivery of outstanding patient experiences that exceed expectations
• Oversee all aspects of daily clinic operations, maintaining our reputation for flawless service delivery to both private patients and prestigious corporate clients
• Drive operational efficiency while preserving the personalised, premium service that defines our practice

Quality Excellence & Compliance

• Champion our commitment to the highest clinical and operational standards, maintaining our ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications
• Lead our quality management initiatives, ensuring full compliance with CQC requirements and other regulatory frameworks
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and clinical excellence

Commercial Development & Growth

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, working closely with our corporate development and digital marketing teams
• Contribute to strategic planning initiatives that will shape the future growth of our practice
• Maintain and enhance relationships with our distinguished client base, ensuring their evolving healthcare needs are anticipated and exceeded

Team Development & Culture

• Implement progressive HR policies and practices that attract, develop, and retain exceptional healthcare professionals

The Ideal Candidate

We seek a distinguished healthcare management professional who combines strategic vision with operational excellence:

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree-level education with a proven track record of senior management success (minimum 5 years at executive level)
• Demonstrated expertise in medical practice management with a minimum of 3 years in a healthcare environment
• Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, quality frameworks, and compliance requirements
• Commercial acumen with proven ability to drive business development and financial performance

Highly Desirable:

• Experience with CQC, SEQOHS, ISO 9001, and/or ISO 27001 standards and implementations
• IOSH or NEBOSH health and safety qualifications
• Track record of managing premium service delivery in high-expectations environments
