Job Summary: Jaspal Company is seeking a HRBP Manager to oversee and lead the Human Resources functions for the regional office and Thailand. The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad spectrum of HR activities with a focus on fostering a positive work environment, this role involves managing staff benefits, conducting performance appraisals, and ensuring adherence to labor laws. The HRBP Manager will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with the company's objectives, driving organizational growth, and supporting the success of our diverse team across ASEAN countries.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, retention, and retrenchment for staff in the regional office and Thailand.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Verify and consolidate compensation data for staff, submitting related documents to the payroll agency for salary calculation.
- Manage staff benefits, including leave, medical benefits, annual leaves, per diem, and reimbursement.
- Stay updated on employment laws, labor regulations, and local HR practices.
- Conduct research and provide recommendations to ensure compliance.
- Liaise with outsourcing parties for recruitment, payroll services, and labor compliance.
- Manage relationships with external vendors to optimize HR processes.
- Work closely with International Operations to address staff-related matters and ensure alignment with global HR strategies.
- Facilitate communication and provide continuous support to the team.
- Conduct disciplinary actions, personnel actions, and terminations when necessary.
- Facilitate the annual performance appraisal process and manage salary increments.
- Coordinate with Finance and related departments for manpower costing and budgeting.
- Ensure effective coordination between HR and other departments.
- Ensure all HR documents are up-to-date and comply with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in regional HR functions, with a focus on HR Business Partnering.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Familiarity with global or international HR platforms.
- Positive attitude, maturity, detail-oriented, high responsibility, and result-driven.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel within ASEAN countries.
