Job Summary: Jaspal Company is seeking an experienced and strategic E-Commerce Section Manager to lead our E-Commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the online retail section, managing the day-to-day operations, and driving the growth of our E-Commerce business. The E-Commerce Section Manager will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure an excellent online shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive E-Commerce strategy aligned with the overall business goals.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for online sales growth and market expansion.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of the company's E-Commerce website.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions.
- Lead the merchandising strategy for the E-Commerce platform, ensuring a diverse and appealing product assortment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually engaging product displays and promotions.
- Implement strategies to enhance the overall online shopping experience, from website navigation to order fulfillment.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize losses and maximize sales opportunities.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor website performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate regular reports.
- Use data insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor the E-Commerce team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Provide guidance on project prioritization, workload distribution, and skill development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in E-Commerce management, with a track record of driving online sales growth.
- Strong understanding of E-Commerce platforms, technologies, and trends.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the retail or fashion industry.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and online customer acquisition strategies.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools and E-Commerce software.
