Assistant Accounting Section Manager
About the job Assistant Accounting Section Manager
Job Summary: Key financial responsibilities such as budget preparation, financial statement review, and report generation. Additional duties include overseeing Fixed Asset Control, supporting audits, and fulfilling assigned tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing the company's quarterly and annual financial budgets (to submit to the securities market on time).
- Review and prepare detailed components of the financial statements as assigned.
- Assist in generating various reports as requested by relevant departments or as assigned.
- Assist in overseeing, organizing, and providing advice on the company's Fixed Asset Control.
- Support external audits, internal audits, and other assigned tasks from relevant departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting.
- More than 3 years of experience in accounting, with consideration for experience in audit (if applicable).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of ERP systems.
- High responsibility, able to work under pressure, and flexible in working hours.
- Good critical thinking skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
