About the job Assistant Accounting Section Manager

Job Summary: Key financial responsibilities such as budget preparation, financial statement review, and report generation. Additional duties include overseeing Fixed Asset Control, supporting audits, and fulfilling assigned tasks.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing the company's quarterly and annual financial budgets (to submit to the securities market on time).
  • Review and prepare detailed components of the financial statements as assigned.
  • Assist in generating various reports as requested by relevant departments or as assigned.
  • Assist in overseeing, organizing, and providing advice on the company's Fixed Asset Control.
  • Support external audits, internal audits, and other assigned tasks from relevant departments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting.
  • More than 3 years of experience in accounting, with consideration for experience in audit (if applicable).
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of ERP systems.
  • High responsibility, able to work under pressure, and flexible in working hours.
  • Good critical thinking skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
