About the job HR Business Partner - Inter Business

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all Human Resource Management functions ranging from recruitment, retention, and retrenchment for staffs 
  • Verify and consolidate the compensation for staff and submit the related documents to the payroll agency for salary calculation
  • Manage Staff Benefits (i.e. leave, medical benefits, annual leaves, per diem & reimbursement)
  • Learn & research about the employment act/ labor law and local HR practice
  • Contact outsourcing parties in terms of recruitment, payroll and labor compliance
  • Work closely with International Operations in regards to all staff-related matters
  • Communicate and provide constant support to the team
  • Conduct disciplinary actions, personnel action and termination as necessary
  • Facilitate annual performance appraisal and salary increment
  • Coordinate with Finance and related departments for manpower costing
  • Manage employee data in HR system
  • Ensure all of HR documents are strictly followed

Qualifications;

  • Bachelor or Masters Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR function
  • Able to communicate in English skill in both written and spoken
  • Familiar with global or international HR platform
  • Positive attitude, mature, detail-oriented, high responsibility with result-driven
  • Good interpersonal and collaboration skill
  • Good skill in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
