VIETNAM_Merchandise Coordinator

• Follow up with shipments from oversea: print labels, auto receive in system, discrepancy.
• Discuss with Head quarter MP team, stores team and Trasas about timeline and quantity to receive stocks allocations.
• Control stocks coming in/out from Trasas, as well as non-commercial goods: shopping bag, uniforms, VM goods.
• Follow up with quantity send back to Trasas to do claim if any loses.
• Arrange transportation for slow moving/damage items send back from stores to Trasas/Vnmain efficiently and quickly.
• Follow up with quantity send back to Trasas to do claim if any loses.
• Monthly stores stocktaking.
• Manage and maintain defect warehouse stock.
• Prepare weekly & monthly reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Diploma degree in related major.
• 2-3 years experiences.
• Good attention to details, positive, willing to learn.
• Fluent in English.
• With a strong sense of responsibility, healthy and positive working attitude, good professional ethics.
